- Provide strategic guidance on planning, managing, operating, and delivering national and large-scale projects and initiatives.
- Offer insights on orchestrating nationwide cultural initiatives and global campaigns.
- Offer insights on combining strategic thinking with creative execution.
- Offer oversight and continuous advisory on the delivery of nationwide and large-scale projects.
Arts and Culture Management Advisory
- Advise on strategic communication, branding, marketing and public engagement in the arts and culture sector.
- Advise on establishment of arts and culture foundations, centers, and assets.
- Advise on large scale arts and culture initiatives.
- Advise on public engagement programs and initiatives.
- Public Art Curation.
